Mullet Bay Beach is a favourite spot among locals and the most internationally awarded beach on Sint Maarten. It offers a peaceful and relaxing alternative to Maho Beach.
Along the beach, you can find various snack bars and eateries offering local cuisine, as well as chair and umbrella rentals.
The northern side of the beach is quieter and leads to a small promontory with amazing views of the bay. Mullet Bay Beach runs alongside the island’s only golf course, boasting palm-lined shores.
Just watch out for big waves from June through November, and be aware that the beach can get quite crowded on weekends and when there are lots of cruise boats in Philipsburg.
